We thank you for your purchase and hope you love it. However, if you are not completely satisfied, your order is eligible to be returned for an exchange or store credit as long as it is in resalable condition.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.


Starting A Return

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to begin a return.

Please contact to notify our returns team of your return.

Return forms are provided with every item along with the invoice. Please fill out your form before sending your item back. Incomplete forms will result in a delay of your return processing time.

Be sure to get a tracking number for your records when sending returns.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item by email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and store credit code will be emailed to you for future use within a certain amount of days. Expedited processing fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We do replace items if they are damaged or not as described. If for some reason the item does not fit we will also replace it. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at and mail your items to the address provided on your return form.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail your order to the address provided on the back of your invoice along with the return form.

Be sure to get a tracking number for your records when sending returns.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
